Always have time for the short 1 mile workout great afternoon pick me up... the 2 mile is the best try to do it each morning....3 mile is tough but not impossible have to work up to it. I dont have the weighted balls she uses on the tape, I just use free weights. I have been using it often and breaking it up more with walks outside for longer times but not as intense on some good weather days.
