Customer Rating:      Summary: Basic. Defiantly can judge this book by its front cover Comment: Some very basic cognitive strategies. After half-way through, nothing new is really brought to the table, and so it becomes a little tired. Still, if you are looking for absolute simplicity then this book covers some simple strategies while following several patients writing there mood on personal mood diaries.
