Summary: AMAZINGLY INFORMATIVE!
Comment: We often wonder why a professor chooses a certain text out of so many available for the same course, when you get this book, when your professor chooses it for your course, you will see, this is an amazingly informative text and you will enjoy the information much the same as you would a preferred novel. This book will help you understand others as well as yourself, in a very short time, I am not saying you will be a professional immediately, but, you will understand more than you would have ever believed! I Love it, still reading it and do when the "need" seems to come up, it is a book you will want to keep!

Summary: Exteremly poor Amazon Packaging
Comment: I purchased the new Exploring Psycholgy book, and when it was delivered the box was completely soggy and after opening the package, my brand-new book already had water damage. The book was also sitting on top of the protective bubble bag and the book had been bent around it. I expected so much better from Amazon.

Editorial Reviews:

0Always on top of the latest news in psychology, always tuned in to what’s happening in the classroom, David Myers’ Exploring Psychology is far and away the best-selling brief introduction to psychology. Thoroughly reexamined page by page, line by line, and reference by reference, each new edition is both refreshingly innovative and reassuringly Myers.

The new Seventh Edition is both classic Myers and cutting-edge psychology, a rich presentation of ideas and applications featuring hundreds of new research citations, over 40% new photos, and state-of-the-art media and supplements. But its most compelling feature remains the inimitable Myers’ voice—a voice that speaks directly to the curiosities and experiences of all kinds of students.  Myers’ writing keeps students reading…and learning.
